Windmill Blade Transporter

Windmill Blade Adapter

Supro has two stuctures of the Windmill blade adapter. Windmill blade A Generation and Windmill blade B Generation. The difference between the A and B is the oil cylinders position. Gneration A adapter use the big cylinders to raise us the adapter, and the Generation B adapter use the cylinders to pull the adapters.

One adapter could has some Flange plates. And one flange plates could meet 7 specifications of the windmill blade.

Windmill Blade Trailer

Supro Trailer produce special low bed trailer and hydraulic modular trailer for the adapter. Because the windmill blade transport should has some balance cargo, so we make the trailer be hollow to be fulling with sands etc.

The adapter combined with Hydraulic modular trailer. And the hydraulic modular trailer is customized with some hollow holes, that is for the balance cargo such as sands.

The operation hydraulic system of the adapter.  The operation platform located on the hydraulic modular trailer, and it can achieve steering and raising by the manual operation.

The raising cylinders of the Genrations A adapter, it raise up the adapter. And for the Generation B, the cylinders pull up the adapter.

The windmill adapter is welded on the hydraulic modular trailer platform.

The windmill blade is combined with the adapter though the flange plate. It is fixed by the bolts. And also the flange palte can meet 7 specifications of the adapter, one adapter could combine with different flange plates.

Not only weld the adapter on the hydraulic modular platform, but also it is fixed by the bolts and nolts.
