Jake Up system for Mechanical Supension Low bed trailer

❒ When we want to design a low bed trailer which has axle lifting function, then we can change the tranvelling axle amounts at any time. The previous solution is that we only can make hydraulic suspension or air suspension. Those structures are very expensive than mechanical suspension, otherwise, them do now allow oversize load! But now! Supro Trailer has a new system to jake up the mechacial suspension axles!

Introduction of the Jake up system

❒ The mechanical suspension jake up system is special for rigid suspension low bed traielr, it can lift up the axles without air supension. The trailer can install multi sets of the system, and use 1 control valves to operate the system. So it can change the travelling axles` amount of the semi trailer. Sometimes, we have to lift up the axles for below reasons:

▣Save the tear of Tyre

▣Save the tear of Suspension

▣Reduce the oil consumption

▣Improve the passing ability of the vehicle

▣Save ther tear of brake system

▣Imprve the operation ablity of the vehicle
