After we finish manufacturing of your hydraulic modular trailer, do you know how do we make commisioning of it?
❐Let me introduce the video of the hydraulic modular trailer for you. The lowest height of the trailer is 680 millimeters! So it has 95 millimeters lower than other structure of Nicolas hydraulic modular trailer. It is not an easy job to reduce this 95 millimeters. Because it requires the manufacturer should be familar with hydraulic system, hydraulic accessories and structure of hydraulic modular trailer! So we are!
❐Before we delivery our trailers to you, we will drive our hydraulic modular trailer in our factory yard around and around which should over 3 hours to test quality and performance of it! For example, we have to check whether there has steering axle is error. Whether there has abnormal sounds during commissinoning. Whether the factory yard has oil spots on the ground.
❐Now, we have reduced the height of the hydraulic modular trailer at lowest travelling height and drive the trailer to check the working performance of it. And now, we jack up the height of hydraulic modular trailer to let you be clear on height difference of it.
❐If you think our commissioning should be over till now. So what is difference between Supro Trailer with other featureless companies?
❐If we are going to check full loding working performance of multi axles hydraulic modular trailer. So the testing weight should be 400 tons which agaisnt on 19 axle lines. And it requires 2 heavy duty trucks to make commissioning. One truck drag the fleet and another one pull the fleet. So the rear truck should has a special hock as photo shows. Many companies would give up this commissioning, because they do not have the truck. But Supro Trailer had contacted with many transport companies to hire the heavy duty truck. Finally, we are successful on the commissioning!
