Assembly time is only one-third of the basket-type girder bridge, and the cost is only half!
Including the weight of the transport equipment, the total vehicle and cargo weight is 600 tons! If we use a 2-file hydraulic modular trailer, we would need 40 axle lines in total, which means 20 axle lines on each side. The side beams of the girder bridge might weaken due to the excessive length of the structure. No worries! Supro Trailer has designed a 3-file hydraulic modular trailer for you, ensuring the reliability and feasibility of the solution!
❐The steering system of the girder bridge is also excellent! For the front-end steering system, we use a ball-head design, enabling 360° free steering! Even the narrowest roads can be easily handled! The rear-end design includes an anti-rollover fixture, so even if there is a large relative angle between the front and rear vehicles, we are not afraid of the risk of overturning!
❐The girder bridge’s hydraulic cylinder has a stroke of 800mm! From now on, there are no obstacles too difficult to overcome during transportation!
❐Furthermore, to ensure that the girder bridge we deliver to our customers has no quality defects, Supro Trailer conducts load tests with a safety factor of 1.1! For a 400-ton girder bridge, we load it with 440 tons of test blocks! Additionally, we invite the world-renowned third-party inspection company SGS to fully supervise our load tests! This ensures the persuasiveness of our testing results and gives customers greater peace of mind!
