Our company always get requirements from our clients who ask us to learn about some advantages of Goldhofer THP/SL, and design it on the STN-V2 hydraulic modular trailer. So that it can improve working performance of the new trailer and make it has much better price performance than European hydraulic modular trailers!

Supro Trailer made it! How do we improve technology of our new hydraulic modular trailer?

▣Firstly, Supro Trailer has improved technical design of butterfly plates of the steering system to make the steering suspension can turn back quickly from the Max. steering position! More than that, Supro Trailer installs extra air pump and air storage tank in the gooseneck and uses WEBCO pneumatic valve in the steering system to improve sensitivity and reaction speed of steering system of the new hydraulic modular trailer!

▣Secondly, Supro Trailer has designed 2pcs of hydraulic oil accumulators at each side of the gooseneck which can distribute hydraulic oil to each hydraulic cylinder in balance. So that it can protect hydraulic system of the new trailer and extend working life of the hydraulic system!

▣Thirdly, the original design of the hydraulic gooseneck of STN-V2 only has 1 control panel, but Supro Trailer has seperated it to be 2 control panels. One is especially to adjust the hydraulic gooseneck, and another one is especially to jack up suspension of the front hydraulic modular trailer. So that the new trailer can help your workers to save lots of time on the operation of hydraulic gooseneck and combination of hydraulic system!

▣Fourthly, Supro Trailer produces the frame of the New trailer same with Goldhofer THP/SL! So the strength of the frame is stronger than the original STN-V2! Also we use laser cutting technology to mark valve positions on the frame! Even you are unpracticed hydraulic operator, but you still can learn about operation and hydraulic system combination easily!

▣Of course, Supro Trailer is cooperating with some famous brands of hydraulic accessories such as Germany Pister of ball valve, Italy Faster of quick connector, Italy Bondioli & Pavesi of multi ways valve and USA Eton of hosepipe.
